These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all services provided by Evergreen Tree Services. By booking our services, you agree to the following:

1. General

These Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by Evergreen Tree Services. By accepting a quotation or instructing us to carry out work, you agree to these terms.

2. Quotations & Payment

All quotations are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Payment is due upon completion of work unless agreed in writing beforehand. Late payments may be subject to additional charges.

3. Access & Site Conditions

The client is responsible for ensuring safe and reasonable access to the work area. Evergreen Tree Services will not be liable for delays or additional costs caused by restricted access or unforeseen site conditions.

4. Permissions & Legal Compliance

It is the client’s responsibility to inform us of any Tree Preservation Orders (TPOs), conservation area restrictions, or other legal constraints. Required permissions must be obtained before work begins.

5. Waste Removal

Unless stated otherwise, all arisings will be removed from site. Logs or woodchip may be left on request.

6. Liability

Evergreen Tree Services holds appropriate public liability insurance. We are not responsible for damage caused by hidden defects, underground services, or factors outside our reasonable control.

7. Cancellations

Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice may incur a charge to cover lost time and costs.
